Small object study drawing

  
For this particular drawing, we were to draw a palm-sized object and draw it’s value from different angles with different lighting each time. The critique I received was that it came out pretty well but I need to push my darks. I will keep that in mind as we continue assignments with shading.

Midterm critique

This particular critique was very important because it was my midterm drawing. Our assignment was to do 2 point perspective with cross hatched shading. It also included the use of organizational line. The feedback I received was that I still need to work on making sure my lines go to the right points. And my cross hatching needed to in different directions for a more realistic picture. As we continue to work on perspective and shading, I’m sure mine will improve little by little.
